Außenwand (rau): 5-7 m²/Liter. Fassade 120-160 m² × 2 Anstriche = 240-320 m² ÷ 6 = 40-55 Liter. Hochwertige Fassadenfarbe (Caparol, Sto): 3-6 €/Liter im 15L-Gebinde. Billigfarbe spart kurzfristig, muss aber in 3-5 Jahren erneuert werden statt 10-15.

Bei Wärmedämmverbundsystem (WDVS): spezielle Fassadenfarbe nötig (diffusionsoffen). Silikonharzfarbe ist Standard für WDVS — verhindert Algenbefall. In Deutschland ist WDVS die häufigste Fassadendämmung.
