Le Calcul

Lames standard : 14 cm de large avec 5 mm d'espacement. Nombre de rangées = largeur terrasse ÷ 14,5 cm. Terrasse de 4×5 m avec lames perpendiculaires au côté 5 m : 28 rangées × longueur de lame. Ajoutez 10% de chutes. Le composite ne nécessite aucun entretien mais coûte 2-3× le bois traité.

Bois vs Composite

Pin traité : 15-30 €/m², entretien tous les 2-3 ans. Composite : 40-80 €/m², zéro entretien. Sur 20 ans, le coût total est similaire quand on inclut le traitement du bois. Le seuil de rentabilité du composite : ~7 ans.
