Calculation
Volume = L × W × D (meters)। 6×3×0.10 = 1.8 m³ + 10% = 2 m³। RMC (Ready Mix): ₹4,000-6,000/m³। Manual mix: ₹3,000-4,500/m³। M20 grade residential standard। RMC better quality but minimum order 1-2 m³।
Mix Ratios
M20 (1:1.5:3): cement:sand:aggregate। 1 m³ M20: ~8 bags cement + 0.42 m³ sand + 0.83 m³ aggregate। UltraTech, ACC, Ambuja: top cement brands।

The most common DIY concrete mistake: ordering too little. Concrete cannot be "added later" — the cold joint between pours is a permanent weakness. Order 10% more than calculated and send back what you do not use.
