A Regra 4-1

Para cada 4 m de altura, o pé da escada deve ficar a 1 m da parede. Ângulo ideal: 75° (entre 70-80°). Muito íngreme (>80°): risco de tombar para trás. Muito aberta (<70°): pé escorrega. Quedas de escada são uma das principais causas de acidentes domésticos no Brasil.

Verifique estabilidade antes de subir. Mantenha 3 pontos de contato. A escada deve ultrapassar 1 m acima do ponto de acesso. Nunca em piso molhado ou instável.
