Cost per square foot installed: ceramic $5-10, porcelain $6-15, natural stone $10-30, glass mosaic $15-30. Labor typically equals or exceeds material cost. A 120 sq ft bathroom floor costs $600-1,800 for materials and $800-1,500 for professional installation.
