Stratégie de Course

Negative split : la 2e moitié plus rapide que la 1re — la stratégie des élites. Commencez 5-10 secondes/km plus lent que votre allure cible, accélérez après mi-course. 5K : partez à votre allure cible immédiatement. 10K : 5 sec/km plus lent au km 1, stabilisez au km 2. Semi : 10 sec/km plus lent les 3 premiers km. Marathon : 10-15 sec/km plus lent les 5 premiers km — la patience ici sauve le mur des 30 km.

The marathon "wall" at mile 20 is not inevitable — it happens because runners deplete glycogen stores by going out too fast. Even-split or negative-split strategies, combined with proper fueling (30-60g carbs/hour during the race), can eliminate the wall entirely. Most 3-hour marathoners feel strongest in the final miles because they paced correctly.
