LTV = valor financiado ÷ valor do imóvel × 100. Financiamento de R$250.000 sobre imóvel de R$350.000: LTV = 71%. No Brasil, bancos financiam até 80% do valor (LTV 80%). Caixa permite até 80% SAC e 70% PRICE. Quanto maior a entrada, melhor a taxa e mais fácil a aprovação.

LTV até 70%: melhores condições. 70-80%: padrão. 80%+: difícil no Brasil. Cada 10% a mais de entrada economiza dezenas de milhares em juros ao longo do financiamento.
