A Regra dos 30%

DTI = dívidas mensais ÷ renda bruta × 100. Bancos brasileiros: máximo 30% para financiamento imobiliário. Renda familiar R$10.000: máximo R$3.000 em parcelas. Dívida de carro de R$800 reduz capacidade para R$2.200. Eliminar dívidas antes de financiar imóvel é a melhor estratégia.
