Fórmula de Lorentz: Homem = Altura(cm) - 100 - (Altura-150)/4. Mulher = Altura(cm) - 100 - (Altura-150)/2,5. Homem 1,80 m: 72,5 kg. Essas fórmulas não consideram massa muscular — um atleta musculoso será sempre "acima do peso".

IMC vs Realidade

IMC (18,5-24,9 = normal) é medida populacional, não individual. Circunferência da cintura é melhor indicador: homens < 94 cm, mulheres < 80 cm. A composição corporal (% gordura) é a medida mais relevante.
