Pace = time / distance। 30 min for 5 km = 6:00/km। Beginner: 7-9 min/km। Intermediate: 5:30-7। Advanced: 4:30-5:30। Sub-5 min/km = competitive। Indian parkrun movement growing — free 5K every Saturday।
