Underweight (<18.5 BMI): 12.5-18 kg। Normal (18.5-24.9): 11.5-16 kg। Overweight (25-29.9): 7-11.5 kg। 1st trimester: 1-2 kg। 2nd+3rd: ~0.5 kg/week। Indian diet: ensure iron (anemia very common — 50%+ pregnant women), folic acid, calcium।
