Porciones Estándar

Proteína: 170-225g por adulto. Ensalada: 85-115g. Acompañamientos: 115-170g. Pan: 2-3 porciones. Bebidas: 2-3 vasos en 2-3 horas. Para buffet aumenta 15-20% porque la gente toma más al servirse sola. Los niños menores de 10 comen la mitad.

Planificación para Grupos
